Feeding Foundations

There is so much new and unknown when entering into parenthood, but I want you to feel empowered and prepared to feed your baby. The class will focus on the foundation of a healthy milk supply, how to build a milk supply naturally, signs of a full milk supply, and what to do in case of a challenge. All the insight with some laughs, a few quality metaphors, and a complementary 15-minute text chat after delivery for whatever you may need.
